YOU WERE BORN TO THRIVE - PAIN AND PERFORMANCE PROBLEMS SOLVED

What is a CNS Reboot?

When you experience a stressful event or injury your body goes into a “Fight or Flight” mode for protection.  However, many things such as muscle imbalance, daily stresses, and poor body and breathing mechanics can keep you in a state of hyper-readiness far after the need for protecting ends.  A CNS Reboot session uses noninvasive manual therapy and breathing techniques to turn off this chronic state of hyper-readiness and turn on your relaxation response.  In short we “Turn the On switch Off” and you learn how to keep it off.

Is this just a relaxation massage?

Short answer, no.  Here are three key differences between a CNS Reboot and a relaxation massage:

  1. A CNS Reboot is done fully clothed with limited skin-to-skin contact and no oils are used.
  2. While both a relaxation massage and CNS Reboot will make you feel relaxed, the type of relaxation is very different.  A relaxation massage may leave you relaxed and feeling sleeping and sluggish.  However, a CNS Reboot will noticeably reduce pain, bring about more coordinated movement, and a relaxed alertness.
  3. A relaxation massage brings about temporary relief.  A CNS reboot is designed to not only bring immediate relief to the current physical or emotional pain, but mark the beginning of a reeducation process at a neurological level that is reinforced by self-care techniques you will learn during the session.

Who will benefit the most from a CNS Reboot session?

  • Anyone with stress in their life who feels like they “can’t fully exhale”.
  • Individuals with acute sprains and strains.
  • Those suffering with chronic pain can sometimes find full relief in one session, but it is always better managed after a CNS Reboot.
  • Veterans
  • First Responders
  • Athletes looking to speed up recovery times

Take a look around – Then drop me a note

The chances are if you have taken the time to read all of this you have a specific problem you are trying to solve.  Take a look around this site and get a feel for who I am, my approach, and some of my thoughts.  But more importantly contact me.  Drop me a note, give me a call, and let me know what problem you are trying to solve. If I can be of help I will do my best.  If not, then I will do my best to put you in contact with someone who may be able to help you.  I’m no Master Guru with “The Secret”.  I’m just a guy who is lucky enough in life to wake up every day and do what he loves doing, “Helping people solve problems with exercise and therapeutic body work.”

Cheers,
