POD 9 Mindfulness Meditation for Negative Loops: POD 9 The Vastness of Your Mind

Have you ever been stuck in a negative mental loop and it suddenly changed?  Or perhaps your day was sailing along with a positive energy flowing through your mind and body, only to have it derailed in an instant.  What I find interesting in these moments is our minds vastness and ability to teleport from one state of experience to another.

We have all had our thoughts or mood hijacked by an interrupting force that put us somewhere unexpected.  But when this happens do we need to stay there?  Is it possible to dictate what loops are playing in your mind, what thoughts frame our energy?  I believe it is.

I believe we can use the mind’s vastness and ability to teleport from one experience to another to our advantage. I believe you do not need to be captive to random forces.  I believe you can take back the reins of your mind and learn to explore its vastness and how to settle in on the experiences that you desire.

In today’s practice we do a quick experiment that will allow you to experience your mind’s vastness and resilience.  And with time allow you to move from the negative loops that bind you, to the experiences of growth that awaits you.
