In today’s mindfulness training practice we observe how fluidly we can move in and out of states of positive and negative thinking. Positive and negative thoughts have the power to move and shape our moods, days, and life. Do you have a default bias that tints the way you interact with and view your world? Negative emotions often have a greater pull and place of importance in our lives, but should they? Does that need to be the case? I do not believe so. I believe that after today’s practice you too will gain new insights to your own thinking. Insights that will allow you to begin to take control of any unwanted biases you might be stuck in.
