The conventional treatment for an ankle sprain is R.I.C.E. (rest, ice, compress, elevation). This approach views a normal recovery time in terms of weeks until a normal range of motion (ROM) is returned and pain eliminated. However, as I show in the videos below, with proper soft tissue releases techniques and neurological re-education ROM and pain-free movement can quickly be restored.
