Who Am I
My name is Hank DeGroat. I am an athletic development coach and licensed massage therapist in the Boston Metrowest area. Daily I help people from midlife couch potatoes to elite athletes become their best, mentally, physically, and emotionally. A few months back a good friend asked me to help her address some questions her running club had. Long story short it turned into a 4 part video series. I found that these women had many of the same fears and questions that my clients had. So I expanded the video series and added a few more tools and resources to create a C25K quick-start for my clients. That’s what I’m sharing with you today.
